Our 8000 sq ft barn provides ample ceremony and reception space able to accommodate up to 300 people
Indoor and outdoor ceremony locations available
Set-up of all tables, chairs and black tablecloths, as well as clean-up are included in our rates for the ceremony and reception to accommodate your guests
The barn will be decorated with stylish decor throughout, with numerous decorations (centerpieces, table runners, artificial flowers & greenery, vases, candles, signs and more) available for your use. Clients and their vendors may supplement the decor to accommodate their colors and taste
Exclusive use of the entire barn on your event day from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight. Two-day rentals will also have the entire day prior for your rehearsal
A Grand Black venue host will be available throughout the day of your event
