Hi! We’re Scott and Melissa Werkmeister, a small town couple who for years dreamed of opening a big, beautiful barn for events. After planning our oldest daughter’s wedding, we finally decided to take the plunge. We broke ground in January 2020 and finally The Grand Black was born!
We strive to offer our community and surrounding areas a beautiful space to experience their most important and precious events.
