Listed rates include set up, clean up and everything you need to make your event truly special.

Additionally, the local hotel (3 miles from venue) offers a discount when booking an event with us.

 

Weddings

2-Day, Friday & Saturday

  • Up to 100 Guests $3,200

  • Up to 150 Guests $3,700

1-Day, Sunday - Thursday

A non-refundable initial payment of one-half of the total fee is required at time of booking to reserve your date.

Wedding prices include exclusive use of the entire Grand Black Barn with tables, chairs, black tablecloths, centerpieces, wedding decorations, use of the kitchen, and bride and groom rooms.

Additional Wedding Options:

  • Outdoor wedding ceremony - Add $500

  • Use of our house sound/light system - Indoor System Add $200, Outdoor System Add $100

  • Use of our venue to host your rehearsal dinner - Add $150

Kitchen Use

Food must come precooked, ready to serve your guests.  We do not provide cooking supplies/utensils, or tablecloths for food tables.  The kitchen includes a large island, 16 foot serving bar, stove/oven, microwave, and a large commercial, double door refrigerator. Kitchen must be cleaned after the event.

Parties

The Grand Black can also be rented for less formal parties (birthdays, showers, anniversaries, family reunions, corporate events, school dances, etc.) for up to 4 hours. Additional hours available for $100/hour.

  • Up to 50 Guests $600

  • 51 to 100 Guests $800

  • 101 to 150 Guests $1000

  • 151 to 200 Guests $1200

    • Pricing includes setup of tables and chairs (no tablecloths) for your guests and all clean up.

    • There’s an additional kitchen fee of $200 for parties serving a meal.

    • Use of the house sound and light system is available for an additional $200 fee.
